Accessibility Information

Welcome to Apex Horizons Institute (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We are committed to ensuring that our website, products, services, and associated content (collectively, the “Services”) are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to engage with us in fostering an inclusive and accessible experience for every individual.

1. Commitment to Accessibility

Apex Horizons is committed to making its website, courses, and community content accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We strive to ensure our digital content meets the standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at Level AA compliance or higher.

2. Website Accessibility

  • We use responsive design to support screen readers, zooming, and keyboard-only navigation.

  • Our colour choices and contrast ratios are designed for visibility and readability.

  • Images include descriptive alt text; multimedia content includes transcripts or captions where applicable.

  • We are continuously testing our interface using accessibility evaluation tools and real user feedback.

3. Course Accessibility

  • All video content includes captions and is being gradually supplemented with full transcripts.

  • Course materials are provided in PDF and text-friendly formats to support screen readers and flexible consumption.

  • We aim to minimise the use of colour-only indicators in learning content to accommodate visual impairments.

  • Our learning platform supports keyboard navigation and skip-to-content features for ease of access.

4. Community Platform Access

  • Forums and group features are being designed to support keyboard accessibility, screen reader navigation, and focus indicators.

  • We aim to use clear, plain language in posts and instructional materials for better cognitive accessibility.

5. Physical Products (Books)

  • For readers with visual impairments, we are developing eBook and audiobook versions of all publications.

  • Large print and dyslexia-friendly fonts may be made available upon request for select books.

6. Feedback & Requests

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or need course content in an alternative format, please reach out via the builtin website chatbot or via the contact forms.

7. Continuous Improvement

We regularly audit our content and platforms for accessibility. We also welcome suggestions from the community and will work to integrate feedback into future updates.
